Minimal account data
A verified account (Apple, Google, or email) holds only the identity details needed for access plus your subscription status.

What is EstimateBook?
EstimateBook is a mobile app for iOS and Android that helps tradespeople create professional job estimates in minutes. Describe a job by voice, text, or photo, and the app drafts itemized line items you can edit and share as a PDF.
Do I have to use the AI draft as-is?
No. Every line item is editable: quantities, unit prices, descriptions, and notes. You can add or delete lines and apply a global markup. Nothing becomes a final estimate until you say so.
Which tax regions are supported?
EstimateBook includes tax presets for 10 Canadian provinces and territories and all 50 US states plus DC, and splits materials and labour where the rules require it. You should still review the tax on each estimate, since local rules can vary by job.
Is EstimateBook free?
It is free to try with a verified account, so you can generate real estimates before deciding on a paid plan. Pro adds unlimited estimates, watermark removal, and your logo on every PDF.
Where is my data stored?
Your estimates and business details are stored locally on your device, not on EstimateBook servers. Your account holds only identity details and subscription status. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
